REFUND
You can return the goods within 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange of goods.
You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase (order number) in order to receive a cash payment. Also, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it. The returned item must be in its original packaging.
Please note that some items are not eligible for return status: lingerie, certain jewelry, gift cards, and some personal care items.
Situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):
- An item that is not in its original condition prior to delivery
- The product is damaged or missing parts
- Item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
MONEY COMPENSATION
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your item and confirming or rejecting your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your credit card within a certain number of days.
We do not cover postage (original shipping cost and return shipping charges).
If you would like to request a refund for shipping costs for a product that is incorrectly advertised or damaged: Contact us and we will reimburse you. Please note that the maximum amount we can refund is the standard registered shipping price of Lithuanian Post. Therefore, we cannot reimburse the shipping costs of those packages that are returned to us via courier.
UNPAID OR LATE COMPENSATION
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and bank (it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted).

SALE ITEMS
Returns are accepted only on items purchased at regular price – items purchased during a sale – non-refundable.
CHANGES
We only exchange products if they are damaged or damaged. If you would like to exchange such an item, please call us on +37067655020 to receive confirmation.
The time it takes to receive a product replacement depends on where you live.
GIFTS
If the item purchased and shipped directly to you was a gift, you will receive a gift credit of the same value. We will send the gift certificate upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not purchased as a gift or the person who gave the gift placed the order at their address and delivered the gift themselves, we will return the money to the gift giver and he will inform you.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for your return item. We do not cover postage (original shipping cost and return shipping charges).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for returned items lost by shipping service providers.
If you are sending an item worth €100 for a return, consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance.
FOOTWEAR CARE RULES
- New shoes need to be impregnated to protect them from external influences. In humid weather, it is advisable to impregnate several times a week
- It is necessary to use shoe spoons when taking off, so as not to tear the threads of the heel
- Natural leather shoes should only be cleaned with special means. Do not wash with water.
- Natural leather shoes should be protected from rain and not worn when wet.
- It is advisable to dry the footwear at room temperature. Do not dry the leather near an open fire, radiator or stove, as the leather will become dry, hard and brittle.
- Wild footwear is worn at temperatures not lower than -5 degrees of frost.
- Patented leather and light-colored footwear may change color under direct sunlight.
- We do not recommend washing footwear made of rubber (or rubber-based) in a washing machine. Do not store in extreme heat or sunlight. Do not dry the shoes near the radiator, do not use other drying devices – exposed to high temperatures, such footwear may deform (change in size).
- We do not recommend washing footwear made of textiles in a washing machine.
- It is advisable to constantly monitor the condition of the footwear and repair it in time.
- Protect the footwear from sharp objects that can damage the surface of the shoes, as well as from chemical products.
- Damages such as worn heels, wear and tear of footwear or defects caused by neglecting the rules of footwear care, as well as minor defects that do not affect the wearing of the footwear, are not considered defective.
- The warranty is not provided for replacement finishing details, insoles, insoles that require minor repairs.
- Money is not returned if the footwear has been worn for a while and the size, model or shoes did not suit you.

CARE RULES FOR LEATHER / SUEDE AND OTHER PRODUCTS
- We inform you that all leather products (clothing, haberdashery) may slightly stain
- It is advisable to clean, feed, paint leather items only after cleaning them from dust. When protecting leather products, it is advisable to cover them with a bag made of cotton or linen; after hanging on a hanger in a cool, dark place
- Leather products have a thin protective layer, so they should not be cleaned often. After purchasing a new leather garment, it is recommended to cover it with a special impregnator
- You should only try the leather care product on the inside (under the collar, in pockets, on the inner seams)
- It is not recommended to wear leather clothes in rainy weather. If it is not possible to avoid rainy weather, it is advisable to dry wet leather clothes with a soft brush and dry them at room temperature
- Crumpled, dull and dirty areas can be cleaned with a special brush, eraser or chamois rubber
- Porous, soft skin is recommended to be cleaned regularly with a special napkin. It removes impurities from the skin and gives it a more alive appearance
- It is recommended to hang suede skirts and trousers on special hangers by hooking them by the belt to avoid wrinkles
- Pay attention to the leather and footwear care products you use to avoid damage – use only tested and recommended care products
- Cashmere, like wool, requires care. New items containing cashmere or wool may shed (balls). After the second or third wash, the pilling should disappear. The appearance of lumps is not a defect of the garment, it is a characteristic of every natural wool. You can use a soft brush to remove clumps
